It is a simple building, with a ground floor and three storeys, located on a narrow plot with party walls in calle Magdalena. Despite being a modest building, it is of interest for understanding the change that took place during the 1920s in the building style of the city.

The façade is representative of the new times because of its perfectly symmetrical layout which, unlike the Art Nouveau style, has identical galleries and balconies in both form and layout, a characteristic of the new eclecticism.

However, the vegetal decoration as an ornamental impost, as well as the small-decorated corners of the galleries and the detailed grilles on the central balconies and on the lintels on the ground floor are still in line with the sensibility of Art Nouveau.
